We have published our local Child Safeguarding Practice Review: long term sexual abuse of children in care.  The review relates to sexual abuse of two siblings in a long term placement by Foster Carer Father.  Not all of the learning from this review is new learning however it reminds us of the complexity of sexual abuse and that it can happen anywhere.
